GENRE: Protection of heritage and historical memory.
TECHNIQUE: Handmade + digital manufacturing.
DESCRIPTION: We collect the legacy of the Galician brothers Juan and José Portela Seijo, pioneers of electronic and Spanish acoustics and inventors of the "Organsound", a tubular speaker, with forms inspired by the organ of the Cathedral of Santiago. We have made a redesign of the original piece, looking for pure and universal forms to become a timeless piece, without losing the naturalness of its sounds. This project seeks to keep the historical memory of technology alive; a redesign as a tribute to inventors who are never part of the official discourse of our history.
